Flexible Display Company Aveso Hires Payment Card Industry
Veteran Dino Ferrari to Lead Business Development
Former Gemalto Vice President Sales for Secure Transactions
brings payment card expertise to accelerate adoption of Aveso’s
technology in display card products
Minneapolis, December 12, 2007 – Aveso, Inc.,
the emerging frontrunner in flexible displays, today announced that
Dino Ferrari will join the company as vice president of business development.
Ferrari was previously vice president of the secure transactions business
unit at Gemalto,
the world's leading manufacturer of payment cards and services. Ferrari’s
role at Aveso will be to help the company accelerate adoption of its
display technology in electronic display card products, including
One-Time
Password (OTP) display cards for secure online banking and ecommerce
transactions.

Ferrari brings to Aveso over 25 years of industry experience in the
payment card industry. At Gemalto, he oversaw business development
and sales for conventional, contactless and contact smart cards for
the company's Financial Services business unit in North America. Prior
to Gemalto, Ferrari held sales, marketing, business development and
technical management positions with Atlantic Zeiser and Gilles Leroux
US, as well as DataCard, the leading global manufacturer of card personalization,
embedding equipment and software services.
In his new position, Ferrari will be responsible for developing relationships
with end customers of electronic display cards featuring Aveso's flexible
display technology. He will be based in Pennsylvania, close to the
East Coast banking and financial services community.
