Aveso Expands Management
Team with Addition of Controller
Peggy Klug to lead company’s finance, human resources,
legal and information technology functions Minneapolis, May 16, 2005
– Aveso, Inc., a pioneer in the development of ultra thin, ultra
low-power printed electronic displays, today announced that Peggy
Klug has joined the company as Controller. Klug will have responsibility
for the finance, human resource, legal and information technology
functions at Aveso. “We are delighted that Peggy is
joining the Aveso management team and look forward to her contributions
as we embark on the next stage of our company’s development,”
said Steve Quindlen, CEO, Aveso.
Klug brings deep experience in financial management and administration
of start-up organizations to the Aveso team. She has more than 23
years of experience in finance, with over 15 years in controller roles
for high-growth start-ups in the software, financial consulting, telecommunications,
and aviation industries. Most recently, Klug served as Controller
for Integrated Decisions and Systems, Inc. (IDeaS), a leading provider
of hospitality focused pricing and revenue optimization solutions
headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to IDeaS, Klug served
as Controller at JobBOSS Software, where she played a leading role
in assisting in the sale of the privately-owned enterprise to Kewill
Systems U.K. and subsequently to Exact Software in the Netherlands,
a global developer of state-of-the-art accounting, HRM, CRM, ERP and
